Pip Pop Post is an accessories brand headquartered in Lehi, Utah. It was founded in 2022.
Pip Pop Post's best-known earring is a small gold bow, and in 2026 it won a National Parenting Product Award. The Lehi company makes earrings for kids with flat backs that screw on, so they can stay in through sleep and swim lessons. Its founders started it in January 2022 because they could not find earrings their own kids could wear comfortably.
Sydney Bledsoe and her sister-in-law, Janelle Lucero, lived in different states when it began. An early ABC4 segment placed them in Salt Lake City and Seattle. Their first release, the Classics Set, held five earrings, the bow among them.
The design answers a familiar problem. Most of us have crawled across a carpet looking for a butterfly back. Pip Pop's posts are shorter, and the backs thread on and sit flat. The company says its stainless steel and 18k gold PVD finish were lab tested and found free of nickel and lead.
The earring that means the most to the founders is purple. Bledsoe's mother, Laneeda Lucero, was diagnosed with early-onset Alzheimer's in 2010. Proceeds from the Purple Heart stud go to the Alzheimer's Association, and in 2024 the company prepared its third donation, $75,000, as its total neared $100,000. Every June 19, her birthday, the store runs a 19 percent sale.
Each style is custom made, the company says, so a sold-out earring takes four to six weeks to come back. Earrings are final sale for hygienic reasons unless Pip Pop decides otherwise, which is the one policy no parent argues with. Since June 2026 select styles have also been sold on Amazon.
The award-winning bow is 9 millimeters wide on a 9 millimeter post. It was built to go to school and to bed without coming out, which was the whole idea.
In a Pip Pop Post survey of nearly 1,000 customers, 83 percent said hypoallergenic materials mattered most when choosing children's earrings.
